If material is defective or delivery faulty, the material will be either replaced free of charge or the corresponding amount credited. The postage charges for the return shipment will be borne by the buyer.

For any claims beyond this, such as compensation of manufacturing costs, reimbursement for damages of any kind (including of third parties), etc., any liability is expressly excluded.

The recipient of a delivery is obliged to inspect it directly upon receipt and notify the seller of any defects immediately. Insofar as no notification of a defect is received within 8 working days after arrival of the goods at the recipient, the goods are considered approved. Subsequent complaints are only accepted if the defects were not recognisable at the time of delivery despite proper inspection.
